Example Itinerary

9:30	Arrive at the E.J. Churchill Shooting Ground. Guests register Bacon rolls and Danish pastries are served with tea and coffee Guests will be briefed on the day’s events.
10:00	Competition stands open including Pool Shoots.
12:30	Bar opens for those who have finished shooting for the day.
14:00	All competition stands close. Three-course lunch Optional prize giving Charity auction takes place.
16:30	Depart at leisure

There are few more suitable or indeed beautiful venues in which to hold your Charity Event. West Wycombe Park situated in the Buckinghamshire rolling countryside, less than 30 miles
from central London.

Accessed by two regional rail lines out of London, via Paddington and Marylebone mainline stations. As well as excellent motorways links - M1, M25, M40, M3 and M4; the beautiful surroundings of West Wycombe Park are not only very easy to get to but also provide a truly outstanding and prestigious backdrop to make your Event a truly memorable occasion.

The award winning shooting ground offers over 100 shooting stands and 6 shooting disciplines. The layout includes two high towers, skeet, multisport and down the line layouts with six purpose-built grouse butts.

RCUK Country will provide a dedicated team of instructors who are trained to the highest standards. However it is very important to understand that we cater for both the absolute novice as well the experienced shooter. So a great day is guaranteed for all.

The format of your Charity Day is tailored to suit the individual requirements of both the Charity, profile of the guests and how you would like the day to operate.

In addition to the shooting options, other activities can be added
to the day.

Lunch or dinner can be taken in the corporate dining room, which seats up to 120 people. Alternatively if you have a bigger event or are planning a gala dinner we can cater for up to 200 lunch or dinner guests in a marquee.

The marketing and management of the event can be controlled if required through both the RCUK Country and EJ Churchill websites, managed by EJ Churchill's highly experienced, professional and friendly Events team.
