The Business Club is a novel concept enabling our clients to combine holding a formal business meeting with a guaranteed pleasurable conclusion!  The meetings; either internal staff or departmental meetings, customer focussed, channel partner, product launches, media days or whatever the required format, are all conducted in the very well appointed, private and comfortable meeting rooms situated in the splendour of the Shooting Lodge, which itself is set within the famous West Wycombe Park, home of the infamous HellFire caves.

Home to the Dashwood family since the 17th Century, West Wycombe Park is an outstanding and prestigious meeting venue less than 30 miles down the M40 from Central London. As well as being only 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport. There are also very good rail links from both Paddington into nearby Maidenhead and from Marylebone directly into High Wycombe.

• There are two meeting rooms
• Boardroom which holds up to 18 delegates
• Dashwood Suite which holds up to 120 delegates
• Both rooms are equipped with Internet connectivity.
• The board room has a wall mounted TV screen to which a laptop can be connected.

Due to the size of the Dashwood Suite we suggest using a projector and screen as it is quite a large room. We have a screen and projector which can he hired out. Alternatively clients are most welcome to bring their own equipment. Unfortunately there is no video conferencing facilities. 

The Dashwood Suite has an open fire and normally contains 5 x 5ft round wooden tables with 8 chairs (with arm rests) around each, we have a total of 48 chairs with arm rests. The Dashwood Suite has 3 sets of double doors that open up onto the front of the lodge seating area.

The board room contains 3 wooden trestle tables that form a conference table. The board room has a conference phone point.

The partition can be removed between the two rooms to create an even larger space facilitating up to 145 delegates.

You can literally set your own agenda, as the timings are entirely flexible. One option is to conduct a morning meeting with a buffet lunch of filled baguettes, canapés and cake. Followed by a two-hour shooting session in the afternoon.

The session can include all or elements of practice, tuition and a competition.

The price includes the hire and use of the meeting room, all catering, safety equipment loan, gun hire, up to 100 cartridges and clays per person, insurance cover plus all tuition.
